Description

We're looking for a Solution Architect to join us.

Reporting into the Head of Solution Architecture, you'll define, design, oversee, and deliver the solution architecture for implementing new systems and modifying existing ones for NextGen COO strategic projects. You'll stay updated with external environment changes to proactively contribute to the development and governance of IT strategy in solution architecture (including application, integration, data/information, cloud/infrastructure, and security) and related development tools.

At AXA, we promote flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance home and office work to suit your team and customer needs. You will work at least two days a week (40%) remotely, increasing to three days (60%) by the end of 2025. Remote work includes attending our offices, visiting clients, or industry events.

We are open to discussing flexible working options with candidates.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering end-to-end solution architecture, including application, integration, data/information, cloud/infrastructure, and security, collaborating with functional, technical, enterprise architects, CIO disciplines, and business stakeholders.
  • Designing project solutions aligned with customer and IT strategies to meet needs.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with architecture and roadmaps.
  • Communicating solution designs, options, risks, and financial estimates to stakeholders.
  • Researching market trends, identifying new solutions, conducting POC testing, and reporting results to ensure competitiveness.
  • Providing guidance on implementing new technology solutions and managing associated risks, including cost estimation.
