Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead software architecture and delivery across a range of high-impact projects. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist with deep knowledge of modern development stacks and cloud platforms, capable of shaping architectural direction while managing execution across agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex software architecture and development initiatives using technologies such as .Net, Java, Python, Typescript, AWS, React JS, and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to strategic goals.
• Create high-level design documents and architectural blueprints for business requirements.
• Produce architectural options and navigate approval processes with architectural forums and governance bodies.
• Apply architectural principles, design patterns, and integration strategies to develop scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Drive technical decision-making to reduce technical debt and align with enterprise vision and architectural standards.
• Promote reuse of existing services, applications, and data wherever feasible.
• Guide project teams through technical execution, ensuring alignment with design and architecture standards.
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
• Enforce best practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders using tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in software architecture, design, and development across enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong technical background with deep hands-on experience in:

• Strong understanding of REST API design, integration patterns, and cloud-native architecture.
• Demonstrated success in leading full project lifecycles from concept to delivery.
• Experience applying Agile/Scrum practices in a solution architecture or technical leadership role.
• Skilled in managing technical risks, issue resolution, and cross-team coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
