Solution Architect – Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Data Analytics

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Solution Architect with expertise in Digital Transformation (Platform Modernisation & Rationalisation), Cloud Architecture (primarily AWS & Azure), Data Analytics, and Cloud Cost Optimisation.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and advising on scalable technical solutions for various industries. You will collaborate closely with global senior stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UK & European sales leaders to win new business and support pre-sales activities, contributing to revenue growth.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership to customers and development teams, ensuring best practices.
• Lead Proof-of-Concept efforts, validate solutions, and mentor technical teams.
• Create architecture documentation, including diagrams and specifications.
• Discuss cloud solutions and strategies for cost optimisation on AWS/Azure platforms.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a solution architect with a strong background in technology architecture.
• Proven expertise in digital transformation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data analytics, and cost strategies.
• Experience with the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Hands-on with event-driven architectures, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, ML solutions, and R&D in Gen AI is desirable.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js) and DevOps practices.
