The Role: Solution Architect

We’re looking for a dynamic Solution Architect to join our growing team and play a key role in enabling cross-domain capabilities across a range of client environments.

You’ll work with multiple stakeholders—from engineers to business leaders—helping shape and deliver effective, scalable technical solutions. You’ll act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, guiding clients through solution design, onboarding, and ongoing integration.

This is a highly influential role with scope for creativity, autonomy, and meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for scoping, onboarding, and integrating new business solutions.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand use cases and shape the most effective technical pathway using our cross-domain platform.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects and Service Management teams to turn high-level requirements into actionable backlogs.
  • Manage customer system integration from initiation to go-live, ensuring smooth transitions and robust governance.
  • Maintain technical and business documentation; contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot, advise, and optimise configurations based on client needs.
  • Support ongoing client relationships and the lifecycle of integrated solutions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of networking and software architectures
  • Experience with structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
  • Knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous architectures
  • Familiarity with API specifications (e.g. Swagger/OpenAPI 3)
  • Experience with shell scripting or AWS administration
  • Understanding of CloudFormation templates
  • Background in technical authorship/documentation

Due to the nature of the work, this role requires eligibility for DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance. Any offer will be subject to successful clearance and screening.
