Are you passionate about data and turning customer needs into smart solutions?

As a Solution and Data Consultant at Element Logic, you’ll take ownership of defining, documenting, and delivering data-driven solutions based on our customers’ needs. We’re seeking a technically minded individual to lead the customer solution process—translating SKU-level data into scalable, high-performing system designs. In this role, you’ll take ownership of interpreting customer datasets, defining system requirements, and guiding clients through workshops to shape fit-for-purpose solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Take the sales lead in the development of the overall customer solution.
  • Analyze customer data, including SKU-level information, to inform solution design.
  • Translate customer insights into tailored, data-driven solutions.
  • Integrate and interpret customer datasets to define system requirements.
  • Facilitate client workshops to identify needs and showcase product capabilities.
  • Contribute to proposal development through compelling business documentation and presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and share key insights across internal teams.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in the intralogistics industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data interpretation and process optimization.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, including data analysis and complex functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and commercially driven.
  • Comfortable navigating and collaborating within a matrix organization.
