Solution Architect

Our client is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and integrating the systems that will drive their growth. A startup undergoing rapid growth and redefining the health and wellness landscape. Combining the latest technology with a holistic approach, they empower individuals to take charge of their wellbeing and long-term vitality. With a strong clinical network and bespoke coaching services, our client is on a mission to revolutionise the Healthtech and this is just the beginning.

This is a unique opportunity to join an agile, innovative environment and make a significant impact. You will support a growing scale-up from a systems perspective, whilst advising on everything from new hires that are needed, new systems, with an interest in AI opportunities.

You'll shape IT infrastructure and be instrumental in taking their vision to the next level.

What You'll Do

1. Build for Scale: Analyze, design, and implement scalable systems to support hyper-growth.
2. Innovate Infrastructure: Develop new IT frameworks and lead system integrations.
3. Technology Leadership: To enable advanced platforms, including AI-powered tools, to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, clinical, and external stakeholders to align on strategic goals.
5. Drive Process Excellence: Use data-driven methods to streamline workflows and elevate customer satisfaction.

About You
Our client is looking for a visionary Solution Architect with 4+ years of experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments. Your expertise spans software design, system integration, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency with tools such as Zendesk is highly valued. You excel in aligning diverse teams, driving initiatives, and translating vision into results.
