Country Manager – United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland

To support the expansion of our self-storage activities, we are seeking an experienced and driven Country Manager to lead our efforts in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

As Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving CSC Industries' growth in the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and promoting CSC's innovative self-storage solutions.
This is more than just a sales role - it's about building something together. You'll work in a project-driven world where selling investment goods is just the beginning. You'll also need to ensure projects are delivered successfully, working closely with clients and internal teams to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect new clients, including self-storage operators, private investors, and developers interested in entering the self-storage market.
  • Manage leads provided by CSC Industries while independently identifying new opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Utilize the CSC Sales Methodology, a proven framework designed to help you identify customer needs, build trust, and deliver tailored solutions effectively.
