Overview

We are currently recruiting for teachers in the Solihull area. We have recently secured contracts with schools in the area and now need to build up a pool of teachers to fill vacancies as and when they come through. Our schools will want high quality teachers to cover daily, short and long term roles.

Roles and responsibilities

• As a supply teacher you will have a range of options to work as much or as little as you like. You are in control of your work/life balance.
• Daily cover: you can cover a day or two, possibly a week of short-term needs. Planning and marking is not usually required, which provides opportunities to work with numerous teachers and experience a range of schools. You have the freedom to work where you want, as much or as little as you want as daily cover.
• Short-term and long-term roles: you will be covering the same classes and are usually expected to do all aspects of the teaching role, including planning, marking, and parent evenings, and to immerse yourself in full school life.
• In these roles you will have the opportunity to settle in a school and establish your own class, allowing you to build positive rapport and help create a constructive learning environment for the children in your care.
