Job Role:
We are inviting a dedicated Solid Dose Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this crucial role, you will be integral in manufacturing a variety of high-quality supplements, including liquids, tablets, and capsules. Your technical expertise and dedication will significantly contribute to our commitment to delivering superior products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manufacturing Excellence: Manufacture various supplement forms while strictly adhering to GMP standards.
  2. Team Coordination: Work effectively with the team to achieve production targets.
  3. Quality Compliance: Follow Batch Manufacturing Records and collaborate with quality teams to ensure product integrity.
  4. Machinery Operation: Manage machinery operations, including disassembly, reassembly, and calibration.
  5. Materials Handling: Handle raw materials accurately, ensuring precise measurements and blends.
  6. Yield Reconciliation: Conduct yield reconciliations at the end of each batch to ensure efficiency.
  7. Documentation: Complete all required documentation, including line logs and quality records.
  8. Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of tooling, machinery, and production areas.
  9. Shift Management: Ensure smooth shift transitions through detailed handovers.
  10. Problem Solving: Address and escalate issues, and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
  11. Product Trials: Run and report on product trials, aiding continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the food supplement or pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Skills: Proactive approach, strong communication, and attention to detail.
  3. Education: GCSE or equivalent preferred.
