This is an in-house, non-fee earning role suitable for a qualified lawyer seeking an alternative career. The role involves reviewing and occasionally drafting client terms, and obtaining approval from internal stakeholders. The position can be based in Birmingham or London with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Role
  1. Reviewing client terms and conditions, engagement letters
  2. Coordinating the approval process and gaining sign-off from key stakeholders
  3. Working with colleagues globally across all firm offices
  4. Providing advice to internal stakeholders regarding engagement terms
  5. Handling additional projects on an ad hoc basis
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Lawyer or Ex-Lawyer
  • Proven experience in drafting and reviewing terms and contracts
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders worldwide
  • Law firm experience is preferred
