Our Team and Role

We have a new opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Serious Injury (SI) team in London, handling a caseload of serious injury cases. Our personal injury team goes beyond compensation claims; we work closely with clients and their families to meet rehabilitation needs, making a real difference in their lives.

You will be part of Partner Laura Middleton-Guerard's team, assisting clients with life-changing injuries from various incidents. Laura specializes in cases involving brain injuries or severe orthopaedic injuries, especially in children and young adults. The team focuses on engaging with insurers promptly to fund rehabilitation and maximize recovery, aiming to restore clients' quality of life quickly.

About You

• Newly qualified to 3 years of experience in Serious Injury law.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to build relationships with medical professionals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve the best client outcomes.
• Excellent client care, interpersonal skills, operating with integrity, empathy, and intuition.
• Experience handling multi-track cases.
• Driven and ambitious to succeed in personal injury law.
