Are you an English-qualified lawyer with real estate litigation experience looking for a new challenge?
We are recruiting a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor (up to 3 PQE) for the English Real Estate Litigation team in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. We also consider applicants from England who can work fully remote or are looking to relocate.
The successful candidate will work alongside Rebecca Jones and Stephen Farrell, our DR English Real Estate experts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm.
Candidates must have experience in English Real Estate Litigation and excellent client care skills. Responsibilities include all areas of English Real Estate Disputes, such as commercial landlord and tenant work, development disputes, easement and covenant disputes, and boundary issues.
You should have excellent time-management skills, the ability to work independently, and be a great team player. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
