Job summary

Shakespeare Martineau's Residential Development team in the UK is seeking an experienced real estate solicitor with 3-8 years PQE to advise on strategic land matters for leading housebuilders. The role combines high-quality development work with client exposure and autonomy.

Based in Birmingham, Leicester or Milton Keynes, the position offers hybrid working with two days in the office, substantial partnerships access, and opportunities to grow within a growing team.
