Hybrid / Remote

Our client, a highly regarded law firm recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in Regulatory Healthcare law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and friendly team that works with a diverse client base, including insurers, royal colleges, medical/dental defence organizations, and regulated professionals.

The role involves a variety of work, such as fitness to practise (defending professionals before regulators like GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS), MHPS proceedings, inquests, CQC, judicial review, and medico-legal advisory work.

Ideal candidates will have experience in professional discipline or defendant clinical negligence. The position offers flexible hybrid/remote working options.
