The team acts for a wide range of clients including:

• Medical / Dental Defence Organisations
• Individual Regulated Professionals

The role involves a variety of work, such as:

• Fitness to Practise (defending professionals before regulators such as GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS, and others)
• MHPS proceedings
• Inquests
• CQC
• Judicial Review
• Medico-legal advisory work
