Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join their expanding practice in Manchester or Leeds. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of market-leading deals, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and property management. What You'll Do:

As a Solicitor in Real Estate, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Acting for significant local clients and FTSE 100 companies on a variety of real estate matters.
• Providing commercial advice and working collaboratively with your team to execute large-scale, high-value client matters.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, managing expectations, and taking a leading role on some matters.
• Competing with market-leading real estate teams for work.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate for this Solicitor - Real Estate will demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition in finding solutions to clients' legal challenges and requirements. You will also:

• 1 – 5 years experience within Real Estate
