A leading UK membership organisation for healthcare providers is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive for their Professional Discipline team. The successful candidate will provide regulatory advice and representation, manage a diverse caseload, and draft necessary legal documentation. This permanent role requires attendance at the London office two days a week and offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading UK membership organisation for healthcare providers on a permanent basis as part of their Professional Discipline team.
You will be responsible for providing advice and representation to members regarding regulatory issues and proceedings, managing a substantial and varied caseload of professional discipline and regulation matters. You will draft relevant legal documents, provide accurate legal advice, and advocate on behalf of members at meetings and hearings if required.
You will also monitor and respond to legal queries and contribute to team meetings.
To be considered, you should be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in regulation, particularly healthcare regulation. The role offers a salary between £45,000-£55,000, depending on experience. Attendance at the London office is required two days a week.
