Opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading UK membership organisation for healthcare providers on a permanent basis as part of their Professional Discipline team.
You will be responsible for providing advice and representation to members regarding regulatory issues and proceedings, managing a substantial and varied caseload of professional discipline and regulation matters. Your duties will include drafting relevant legal documents, providing accurate legal advice, and advocating on behalf of members at meetings and hearings if required.
You will also monitor and respond to legal queries and contribute to team meetings.
To be considered, you should be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in regulation, particularly healthcare regulation. The role offers a salary between £45,000-£55,000, depending on experience. You will be expected to attend the office in London two days a week.
