The Role
  • Advise public- and private-sector clients on all aspects of UK and EU procurement law.

  • Draft and negotiate procurement and commercial contracts for projects of all sizes.

  • Provide strategic guidance throughout tender processes and contract awards.

  • Support dispute resolution, including procurement challenges and judicial review.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

The Person
  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (minimum 2-3 years PQE preferred).

  • Proven experience in procurement and ideally experience in competition law.

  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
