Job Description

Our client has a vacancy for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE+ to join the Real Estate Team, dealing with Planning. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (37.5 hours per week).

Key Knowledge Areas
  • General Planning such as s106, s38, s278 and other planning and infrastructure agreements, and experience of working with and/or against local planning authorities.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of the planning system in relation to commercial and residential development.
  • Managing planning-based projects.
  • General Commercial Property experience.
  • Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (liquor and entertainment licenses), and environmental law will be advantageous.

  • Sound legal knowledge.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
