OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join reputable, Legal 500-recognised firms with well-established departments. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters from instruction to resolution.
  • Handle litigated and pre-litigated claims, including complex and high-value cases.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team.
  • Take initial instructions, draft legal documents, and provide clear, practical legal advice.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Engage in business development activities to grow the department.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with firm procedures.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, experts, and other parties.
ABOUT YOU
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ+
  • Experience managing caseloads in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence.
  • Strong communication, client care, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
