- Join an award-winning Scottish law firm in Aberdeen as a Corporate lawyer. The team provides legal services to Scottish and international businesses, supporting owners, shareholders, investors, and management across various industries. Requirements include 1-4 years’ PQE in company law and corporate transactions, managing a varied caseload, and responsibilities such as project management, reviewing and drafting contracts, client communication, and corporate secretarial tasks.
- Lead the Private Client team as a Partner in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. The role involves all aspects of private client work, including wills, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax. Candidates should have at least 6 years PQE, leadership experience, and the ability to handle complex cases.
- Become a Senior Solicitor or Associate in the Corporate & Commercial team, advising SMEs, multinationals, and entrepreneurs in sectors like Healthcare, Video Games, and Tech. The role requires a minimum of 1-year PQE and experience in corporate law.
- Join the Commercial Litigation Team as a Lawyer in Aberdeen. Responsibilities include advising on dispute resolution, working with high-net-worth clients, handling complex issues, representing clients in courts, supervising junior staff, and supporting business development. Ideal candidates have 2-6 years’ PQE in litigation.
- Assist in the Private Client Team in Aberdeen as a Lawyer, handling powers of attorney, executry estates, wills, and wealth planning. Candidates should have relevant experience and a compassionate demeanor.
- Work as a Real Estate Solicitor in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, or Aberdeen, managing property transactions for clients ranging from private individuals to institutional investors. Requires at least 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
