We are looking for an experienced solicitor to lead the Commercial Property Department and play a key role in shaping and growing the team while managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters.
As the department head, you will have the autonomy to enhance the firm's reputation, develop the team and oversee a wide range of property-related matters, including commercial leases, landlord/tenant issues and property development.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, expanding the firm's reach through marketing strategies, and mentoring junior staff. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Success in this role requires at least 8 years PQE in commercial property law, along with the ability to lead and nurture a team. While a client following can be helpful, it's your leadership and dedication to outstanding client service that will be most valued.
