We are working with a leading Kent based law firm who have been established for over 130 years, they are seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their award-winning team. As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services to clients, managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear, proactive communication
  • Supervise and mentor support staff, fostering their professional development
  • Actively contribute to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's reputation and client base
  • Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer; experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications are also considered
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a conveyancer, with the ability to manage files independently
  • Proficiency in using case management systems and digital workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client care
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to career progression
  • Collaborative and supportive approach, working effectively within a team
