Solicitor / Legal Executive - Industrial Disease
Experienced Fee Earner - This Legal 500 Law firm are seeking an experienced fee earner to join its specialist disease litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique and technical area of litigation, focusing on the defence of various disease claims.
Title: Solicitor or Legal Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £50,000
Previous Experience: A background in disease claims
About the Role
The successful applicant will handle a wide variety of Employer's Liability & Public Liability Disease claims including respiratory and lung disease, skin disease, vibration injuries and occupational cancer, including asbestos-related diseases.
The firm boasts an impressive client base, including insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, local authorities, and corporates. Experience in disease claims is highly desirable.
