Solicitor / Legal Executive / Associate – Private Client - Leicester

Office Hours: Full Time - 9AM to 5PM (Monday to Friday)

We are expanding our Private Client team leading to opportunities arising at our Leicester office.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor or CILEX to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate team. The ideal applicant will be able to work in an organised and efficient manner and be experienced in a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to:

  • Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Dealing with the administration of Estates.
  • Comfortable with the use of Trusts in the mitigation of residential home fees.
  • Experience with Inheritance Tax as part of the Administration of Estates.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to advance their career in the legal field within a reputable firm.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A degree in Law or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs.
  • Previous experience of estates.
  • 2-4 years PQE ideally within Private Client.
  • An understanding of asset preservation trusts and Wills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
