Job Description:

Our Intellectual Property team, part of the Commercial & IP department within the Life & Business Group, advises on a broad spectrum of IP rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, and more. The team has extensive experience in IP protection, enforcement, licensing, and technology transfer, serving both commercial and academic clients. Recognized for excellence, we won the 2022 IP Enterprise Court 'Team of the Year' award and are highly ranked in national and international directories.

Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to join our vibrant IP team, working on diverse IP matters, including contentious and non-contentious work. You will support clients in exploiting and enforcing their IP rights, building your caseload and liaising professionally with clients, all within a dynamic environment.
