Reporting to the Partners, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with UK property law.

As a Solicitor, your tasks include:

• Handing a high-volume caseload of conveyancing matters.
• Working on sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and equity transfers.
• Overseeing New Build transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes
• Liaising with Stakeholders
• Managing Exchange and Completion
