Frasier Wright Associates is seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to manage a caseload of Credit Hire and RTA matters from pre-litigation through to litigation in the Scottish courts. You will work independently while providing clients with clear advice and achieving successful outcomes through negotiation or court proceedings.
