This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a dynamic non-contentious construction team within a top-tier international law firm in London. The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a construction practice embedded within a leading international real estate group, advising blue-chip clients including developers, investment funds, banks, tech giants, and major public sector bodies.

The work is diverse, fast-paced and sector driven, touching on projects that intersect with energy, telecoms, healthcare, data centres and large scale engineering.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll take on high levels of responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to lead on matters and mentor junior lawyers.

You’ll also be actively involved in client relationship management and business development initiatives.

What You’ll Need

The team is looking for a confident and experienced construction lawyer with:

• 4+ PQE (Senior Associate experience) in non-contentious construction, ideally gained at a leading practice.
• A strong technical foundation in drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC, FIDIC).
• Exposure to sectors such as energy, data centres, IT infrastructure, or telecoms would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
• Experience advising on data centre developments would be a distinct advantage.
• The ability to manage complex matters independently and drive client relationships.
• A commercial mindset and natural flair for business development.
