Job summary

Bolt Burdon Kemp, a top-ranked London law firm, is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join our Complex Injury team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-value, multi-track catastrophic injury cases, making a real difference to clients while advancing your career in a supportive environment.

The role requires 4–8 years PQE representing claimants, with a strong grasp of Civil Procedure Rules, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• An enthusiastic solicitor with 4 to 8 years’ PQE representing claimants.
• Excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.
• Experience of high value, multi-track personal injury cases.
• Hard working, proactive, and sociable with excellent IT, administrative and research skills.
• Commitment to developing the business of the firm (marketing experience welcome but not essential).
• An experienced supervisor and manager who can develop a small team of Solicitors over time.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience of working on high value, multi-track personal injury cases;
• A hard working, proactive, and sociable individuals, with excellent IT, administrative and research skills;
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to developing the business of the firm (experience of marketing is desirable but not essential); and
• An experienced supervisor and manager, that will be able to develop a small team of Solicitors over time.
