Assistant Lawyer - Complex Injury

Keoghs is looking to recruit an Assistant Lawyer to join our established Complex Injury team, supporting Rebecca Duxbury on a challenging and rewarding caseload of high-value, multi-track and catastrophic injury claims. This role offers exposure to significant personal injury litigation including TBI as well as complex orthopaedic & psychological claims.
Whether you already have experience handling catastrophic injury matters or you’re an ambitious personal injury litigator looking to develop into this specialist area, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers, gain exposure to complex claims and continue building your technical expertise.
You’ll work closely with Rebecca on claims valued up to £1.5 million, supporting the progression of cases from initial instruction through to resolution. The role combines technical legal work, strategic case management and direct client interaction, offering genuine responsibility and excellent development opportunities.
