We’re partnering with a top-tier firm to find a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) to join their Edinburgh-based team. The firm is known for its market-leading property group and excellent training, making it a great place to grow your career. What You’ll Be Working On:

• A varied mix of property investment transactions (sales, acquisitions, and leasing for major landlords)
• Property finance work, largely on the lender side, with some borrower exposure
• Leasing and asset management for a broad tenant client base
• Opportunities to support projects across sectors, including real estate elements of energy and infrastructure developments
• Running transactions end-to-end with support, including drafting and managing documentation and liaising with clients and other firms

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

• NQ–4 years’ PQE in commercial real estate (some prior experience in property during your traineeship or post-qualification essential)
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to juggle competing deadlines
• A collaborative and positive approach to working in a close-knit team
• Interest in energy-related real estate deals? That’s a plus, but not essential
