You will be supported to mature as a solicitor and engage in business development to build your own network.

Key Responsibilities of the Solicitor Commercial Property:

• Grants and assignments of leases
• Sales and purchases
• Property finance
• Options and development matters
• Independent legal advice matters

Personal specifications for the Solicitor Commercial Property:

• 1-2 years PQE
• Great organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• IT skills essential
• High level of client care
• Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential)
