Job description

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in childcare law to join our busy and supportive team focused on children safeguarding.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Progress public law childcare cases and attend Court proceedings.
  2. Manage a caseload under the Children Act 1989 and Adoption and Children Act 2002, including applications for care and Supervision Orders, DOLs, Placement, and Adoption Orders.
  3. Receive support from Caseworkers for all allocated cases.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of practical legal experience, with a minimum of 2 years in public law/childcare law.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive authorized to practice.
