Solicitor – Catastrophic Injuries in Bolton

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester

Salary: Up to £65,000

Role Overview: As a Solicitor in our Catastrophic and Serious Injuries department, you will manage a caseload of high-value, complex personal injury claims involving life-altering injuries such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and severe trauma. Your responsibilities include providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing cases from instruction to settlement or trial
• Advising clients on personal injury law related to serious injuries
• Conducting legal research, preparing documents, and drafting correspondence
• Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and counsel
• Negotiating settlements and mediations
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Maintaining case records and ensuring compliance

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in the UK with 3+ years PQE
• Experience in catastrophic and serious injury cases
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex, high-value claims independently
