DAC Beachcroft's Regulatory Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team in Glasgow is seeking a solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to handle a busy mix of regulatory investigations, prosecutions and non-contentious compliance work for a diverse client base.

An opportunity in our Regulatory Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team may be for you.
Our national Regulatory Team specialise in advising individuals and organisations facing criminal investigations for corporate homicide breaches of regulatory law related to health and safety, fire safety, food safety and environmental law. We also provide advice in relation to product safety, advice and representations to clients involved in Fatal Accident Inquiries. We employ over 30 specialist lawyers across a number of key locations across the UK, where we are looking to expand due to client and case demands.
We are interested in candidates based in Scotland who have experience of dealing with regulatory issues for clients such as investigations and prosecutions by the Police, HSE, Local Authorities, SFRS, SEPA and other regulators. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of FAI, preparing for sentencing hearings and trials, interviewing witnesses and providing non-contentious advice to clients on compliance issues and related matters.
