You will manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse cases for insurer and uninsured clients.

You will collaborate closely with the Partner to represent sports organizations, religious institutions, schools, charities, and various authorities. Experience in Sheriff Court appearances and instructing agents in the Court of Session is required. A background in handling sensitive and complex claims is preferred.
