Location: Liverpool – £30,000 - £50,000

A Litigation Solicitor is wanted for an excellent re-train Advocacy role with a Top 200 law firm in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award-winning, multi-service firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Solicitor or Barrister to join their award-winning in-house Advocacy team. We are happy to consider Solicitors without Higher Rights as full training will be provided, but you must have a strong desire to specialise in Advocacy work. Our client is willing to support Solicitors through the Higher Rights Course as you progress within the firm.

You will undertake advocacy, drafting, and advisory work, including but not limited to: pleadings, interlocutory hearings, small claims, fast track trials, sanctions (including private prosecution), and recoveries. The work will include Defendant RTA and Fraud, EL/PL, Professional Indemnity, and Costs work.

We are happy to consider Solicitors from various backgrounds, including Personal Injury, Insurance, Criminal, or Professional Indemnity, but extensive litigation experience is preferred.
