Solicitor – Agricultural Property

TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a well-regarded law firm based in Tuanton, which are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join the market-leading Agriculture Property Department. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to support clients locally and nationally, running a diverse caseload of non-contentious matters within the Agricultural property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for working alongside a national team of agricultural solicitors to provide tailored services to clients, including farmers, landowners, estates, and Agri-businesses. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property-related matters within an agricultural setting, covering the sale and purchase of farms and landed estates, agricultural secured lending work, and strategic development of land.

To be considered for the role, our client requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Solicitor within the Agricultural Property sector, strong communication skills, a client-centric approach, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
