Slater Heelis in Manchester is seeking a Solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE to join its Crime & Regulatory practice. You will manage a varied caseload across Magistrates' Court, Crown Court, regulatory investigations, and disciplinary proceedings, with client-facing responsibilities from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years' PQE gained within criminal law.

• Experience in regulatory law or professional discipline is advantageous.

Slater Heelis is seeking a talented and ambitious Solicitor with between 3 and 8 years' PQE to join its successful and growing Crime & Regulatory practice. The Opportunity

You will handle a varied and stimulating caseload, advising individuals and businesses on a broad range of matters including:

• Magistrates' Court proceedings
• Crown Court matters
• Regulatory investigations and enforcement action
• Professional disciplinary proceedings
• Police station representation
• Advisory and pre-charge work
• Complex and high-profile cases alongside senior team members

This is a client-facing role offering significant responsibility from the outset, with the opportunity to develop your advocacy skills and build lasting client relationships while working on high-quality matters.

About You

• Have 3-8 years' PQE gained within criminal law
