Renowned for their commitment to client service and their positive workplace culture, this respected firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their dynamic Property and Commercial team.

About the role

This role will see you covering work across General Practice areas including residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, leasing, contracting agreements, trusts & estates, as well as wills and EPOA's.

This role is best suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, effective problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A natural rapport with the firm's long-standing client base is essential, along with a results-driven mindset.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property or broader property law.
  • A clear interest in commercial property and a strong commitment to building a long-term career in this area.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive and client-centric approach to legal service.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive outlook and a solution-oriented mindset.
