We are seeking an enthusiastic Solicitor (0–4 years PQE) to join our Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team as part of our continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone early in their legal career, eager to gain skills and experience, to work within an experienced and supportive team on a variety of commercial disputes, including insolvency-related matters.

You will gain hands-on experience and exposure to a broad client base, including SMEs, insolvency practitioners, and individuals across various industries.

You will work closely with our commercial litigation and dispute resolution director, Michael Hankinson, who has over 15 years of experience in commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and drafting legal documents.
• Representing clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Collaborating with senior team members to deliver high-quality legal services.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–4 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution (experience during traineeship considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A practical and commercial approach to client service.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of cases.
