Founded in 2018, and run by founders Barbara Neilan and Lynne Riddell, we've built a reputation for being a strategic legal partner who understands the intricacies of growing a business. Our team is committed to providing pragmatic, commercially sound advice across a range of specialties including corporate law, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and employment policies.

Our entrepreneurial spirit means we know what it takes to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the business world. We pride ourselves on being responsive, commercially aware, and always in our clients' corner, helping them achieve their business goals and secure long-term success. That means we work beyond the tick boxes, beyond the status quo and beyond the bland, stuffiness of typical legal firms. We work collaboratively and innovatively, always looking ahead and anticipating what's next for our clients.

As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for a talented and driven newly qualified lawyer to join our dynamic team. If you share our passion for supporting business growth and want to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
