The Role

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their growing team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters, providing expert legal advice and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on all aspects of private client law including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and tax planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practices

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across all key areas of private client work
• Ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload with efficiency and accuracy
• A proactive, personable, and professional approach to client care
