What you’ll do in this Solicitor role (besides make a real difference):

• Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts like the boss you are
• Prepare and manage criminal defence cases with tenacity and tact
• Be a mentor, guide, coach, and calm in the storm for our junior team
• Drive standards, lead initiatives, and contribute to the firm’s growth
• Build relationships with police, counsel, experts and everyone in between
• Balance fee earning with firm-leading — with commercial savvy and clarity

This Solicitor role IS for You If You:

• Have proven Post-Qualified Experience in criminal defence
• Love being in court, in charge, and in pursuit of justice
• Get a buzz from mentoring others and growing a great team
• Are Police Station Accredited (or on the path to it)
• Possess serious organisational and advocacy skills
• Can drive (full UK licence and own wheels preferred)
• Are allergic to mediocrity and love a fast-paced, purpose-packed environment
