Description

The Debt Recovery Solicitor will be:

1. Managing a caseload of technical debt recovery matters, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
2. Working closely with the property sales team and clients to give expert advice.
3. Drafting legal documents, including claims, responses, and settlement agreements.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

Profile

The Debt Recovery Solicitor should be:

1. A solicitor with ideally 0-4 years' PQE and experience in debt recovery.
2. Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, including the Civil Procedure Rules.
3. Strong communication and client management skills.
4. Proactive with a focus on continuous professional development.
