Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join either their Residential Conveyancing team or their Private Client team, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Handling a full caseload of Private Client matters, wills & probate etc
• Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing transfer documents.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on case management systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing or private client.
• NQ solicitors will be considered is some circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
