This is a varied in-house role where you'll advise on savings and mortgage products, review customer communications, support strategic projects, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and help colleagues navigate regulatory and legal requirements with confidence. You'll work closely with teams across the business, including senior leaders, the branch network, complaints teams, data protection colleagues and third-party suppliers. You'll also play an important role in monitoring legal risk, keeping pace with regulatory change and ensuring we continue to deliver good outcomes for our members.
