It's a purpose that drives everything we do. And you can play your part too – we are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team on a 6 month fixed term basis.
You'll play a key role in making sure our campaigns are distinctive, effective and measurable, from shaping the brief and challenging creative thinking through to coordinating delivery, reviewing performance and applying insight. Working closely with creative agencies, research partners, internal teams and specialist suppliers, you'll help us get the best possible output while ensuring activity is aligned to our brand, customer needs, commercial objectives, governance requirements, financial promotions standards and Consumer Duty expectations. You'll also be responsible for line managing 2 members of the team.
Ultimately, you'll help shape and deliver standout brand campaigns that reach new audiences, strengthen our profile and support our strategic ambitions.
This is a great opportunity for a confident campaign professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, turning complex business priorities into clear, compelling campaign briefs and bringing ideas to life across channels including outdoor, radio, press, digital, social and potentially TV.
We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.

You'll be joining a truly purpose-focused culture which helped us win the Leading with Purpose award at the 2023Business Culture Awards. This recognises how we've embedded our purpose with our colleagues, and the actions we've taken to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.
We're devoted to creating a culture and workplace that is representative of the communities we serve.
We're committed to supporting you to be at your best - to discuss any reasonable adjustments we could make.
